The Journal
I have been writing a daily journal – on and off – for over 25 years. My journal has been my therapist, my mentor and my life coach. It has helped me through difficult times & it has been a catalyst in helping me achieve my goals.
I started writing a journal after reading Anthony Robbin’s book ‘Personal Power’. In it, Robbins wrote:
A life worth living is worth recording
At that time I was training to be a lawyer, doing the mandatory two years internship (known in the UK as ‘articles of clerkship’. It was through my journal – clarifying my thoughts and aspirations – that I changed my life and I continue to this day to write regular notes to myself.
